Radio Planning & Optimization engineer who wants to live and work in Europe

*This role is also applicable to people outside the European Union*

Currently we looking for radio planning and optimization engineers. The position is a permanent position and the company will take care of the working visa and providing flight and housing for the first week. The salary is in the level of local salaries.

This is a good opportunity for somebody wanting to start a new life in Europe (the projects will be in Europe and mostly in north European countries - The employment in Sweden with all the benefits!). Initially a two years visa will be granted and this will be prolonged by another two years. After this period a permanent residence permit will be granted (the permits are valid for the whole Schengen and European Union).

Knowledge of RF network planning and optimization activities as required:

· - Calibration, utilization, and data post processing of drive-test hardware and software products

· - Understanding of RF channel environment such as fading and knowledge of prediction model tuning.

· - Excellent knowledge of GSM, WCDMA and HSPA system topology and air interface parameters and system features.

· - Analyze network performance and good understanding of KPI.

· - Perform link budget, interference analysis, design criteria and traffic analysis.

Qualifications:

· - The requirements for the radio planner and optimization engineer:

· - An engineering degree within Electrical Engineering, IT, Telecom or related fields.

· - Minimum 4 years of professional experience within radio planning and optimization (min 3 years within WCDMA/HSPA).

· - Good knowledge of at least two of the vendors: Huawei, NSN or Ericsson.

· - Fluency in English: Other North European languages are of advantage.
