3G RF Planning Engineer in Belarus

We are looking for 1 high level expert RNC RU10 and RU20:

• RNC 2600 rel. RU10 Integration
• RNC 2600 RU10 to RU20 upgrade and troubleshooting
• Time over IP knowledge
• Post launch system troubleshooting
• 3G RF planner with 4-5 years experience
