UMTS RF Latin America

1.General requirement： More than 8 years experience in RF, familiar with English, it is better to speak Spanish.
1) Mexico( two consultants) : familiar with UMTS, Understanding GSM a little.
A/ one consultant: Strong customer communication skill, it can carry out technical leading, trouble shooting and cutomer expectation management. It forcus on RF project management.
B/ one consultants: Strong RF Technical experiences, familiar with Ericsson , Nokia or Huawei's wireless equipments.
2) Costarica( one UMTS consultants)
A. familiar with Ericsson , Nokia or Huawei's wireless equipments and RF project management.
3) Guatemala(one consultant with UMTS and GSM)
Familiar with Ericsson's equipment and good RF experiences(Focus on RF technology).
4)Panama(One consultant with UMTS and GSM)
Familiar with Ericsson's equipment and good RF experiences(Focus on RF project management).
