Job Description:

2G / 3G Optimisation Engineer (dual roll):

Planning Phase

The Engineer must have a strong foundation of 2G (ex-Siemens pref.) as well as 3G (NSN Flexi pref.) optimisation with strong analysis skills(using Actix), parameter (RU20) and performance measurements experience on flexi products. Some of the task the engineers will be responsible for will be the analysis of 2G/3G Drive test logs using Actix analyser, KPI analysis using NetAct reporter, worst cell optimisation, parameter / neighbour audits . Making recommendation and implementing parameter / feature and coverage optimisation as well as generating customer reports. NetAct Optimiser will be used for optimisation. The engineer will be responsible for a cluster of 2G (existing) / 3G (new UMTS 900) sites where they will be to reach or exceed the agreed KPI.
