Job Details:
Experienced in Nokia RAN & OSS system Technical support for the RNC/BSC which include routine RNC/BSC O&M (both preventative & corrective) and troubleshooting.
• 3+ years experience in Project, technical support and Equipment implementation for ex-Nokia 3G Radio Network Controller elements ( NodeB ) in wireless communications networks
• Creation of sites and neighbors (both UTRAN and GSM)
• Understand Protocol analysis and call flow messaging
• Understand protocol analyzer setup and output
• Understand the parameters for Air interface algorithms (Power control / Admission control / Handover control / etc.)
• Create KPI & monitor Alarm on the OSS application ATM/IMA knowledge and implementation

Education & Experience or Other Requirements:
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications or equivalent.
Minimum of 3+ years experience in Nokia UMTS/WCDMA & GSM
