Looking for Quality Manager

Our client is currently looking for Looking for Quality Manager

Candidates must be from Europe.

Needed Skill/Experience:

• Minimum of a Bachelor degree in telecommunications or electronics. MBA gains advantage.

• At least 6 years working experience of quality engineering or management with the incumbents in Western Europe. And at least 3 years experiences as quality manager or director.

• Must be capable of developing and implementing effective quality systems in accordance with ISO9001:2000 and TL9000.

• Experience of successfully achieving and maintaining quality certificating • Quality professional or audit professional, such as DQG certification, is mandatory.

• Project management professional, such as PMI, is also preferred.

Objectives:

• Directly responsible for implementation and maintenance of the Quality System, Business Continuity Management System and Health & Safety regulations, reporting on the performance of the quality system for review and as a basis for improvements.

• Develop a working relationship with key customers to understand their current and projected requirements for quality standards of delivered products& services.

• Organize the creation of project specific and customer driven quality (and quality assurance) plans, method statements, risk assessment processes and any other quality related project specific requirements.

• Organize and promote quality improvement efforts, organize internal training for all departments and activities

• Approval and execution of internal audit programs, as well as support the other internal audits from parent organizations.

Location-Germany

Duration –It’s a permanent position or 1-2 years fixed term contract.
