We are hiring 25 Sr. RF Engineer w/ UMTS NSN experience

Title: Sr. RF Engineer w/ UMTS NSN exp
Location: Nationwide
Positions: 25

Job Duties:

Includes but not limited to following.
1. Design and Optimize NSN HSPA+ network.
2. Design parameter for new infill sites that meets coverage and capacity requirement of the existing network.
3. Able to generate RSCP, Ec/IO and throughput analysis using Planning Tool
4. Must have good working knowledge of NSN equipment related to network optimization.
5. Optimize the existing site of UMTS NSN network for infill sites.
6. Able to do cell and network level optimization of NSN Network
7. Formulate the detail plan and idea of handling the UMTS capacity, Coverage and interference issue of the network.
8. Generate the CIQ for site integration and MOP acceptance.
9. Generate the drive route for infill and existing site and present it to customer.
10. Present the design and optimization plan to customer for acceptance and verification.
11. Able to support day today activity of NSN network optimization which includes but limited to hardware alarms, dropped call, HO failure etc.

Job experience:

• UMTS Design Experience of 4-5 years.
• NSN UMTS Optimization Experience 4-5
• NSN Parameter experience of 4-5 years.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of NSN UMTS Technology.
• A total experience of 6-12 years in RF Optimization and tuning process.
