Vacancy: 3G RF Tuning / Optimization Engineers for USA

Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6months from start date

The successful candidate must have the following requirements :

•Must have a very good understanding of Layer 3 messaging Have a very good understanding of optimization tools such as TEMS, Actix, Agilent
•Must be able to make recommendations in parameter changes, feature activations on drive test data to improve the system performance.
•Must have a minimum of 6 years experience in tuning projects. 3 years of which should be in UMTS tuning.
•Have experience in tuning a loaded network, and understand the difference between real traffic loading and artificial.
•Must have past leadership experience in at least 2 projects
