Vacancy: Customer Support Engineer OBS - Network Element Management for Middle East
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
1. HP and/or SUN UNIX system and network administration skills
2. ORACLE administration skills
3. TCP/IP and Internet security knowledge (Routers & Firewalls)
4. Experience in OSS solutions (NetAct, Radio Commander, Switch Commander) is a plus.
5. Knowledge about Traffica and SPOTS is an extra plus
6. Telecom systems and SS7 knowledge
7. Flexibility to work short assignments abroad and good interpersonal skills
8. Customer Service attitude and understanding operator business
