Must have a current Cisco Certification. Once employed we also reimburse for pass exams.

JOB SUMMARY
The Network Voice Support Engineer (NVSE) will provide technical support to small to medium business customers and will be product specialists within their area of expertise. The NVSE will provide support from pre-sales through warranty to entitlement support and will be responsible for delivering full cycle resolution to the customer. The NVSE will provide the following support:
• Technical Support.
• Complete 'End to End' case management.
• Pre-sales assistance and support sales.
REQUIREMENTS
• 2-5 years of Cisco specific VoIP experience.
• Must be able to work within a multiple service delivery environment.(Phones, Email, Chat, and Online Support Forum)
• CCNA Required.
• CCIE Voice or CCNP Preferred.
• Experience with Dial Peers, Dial Pans, SIP registration, and SIP Trunking.
• Working knowledge of PRI, FXO Ports, and VPN Configuration.
• Experience configuring Cisco routers, switches and wireless equipment.
• Demonstrated abilities in Networking protocols.
• Experience with SSH and NAT.
• Excellent problem diagnosis and problem solving skills in a highly complex network environment.
• Strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, good judgment, and mature interpersonal skills.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the US for any employer.
