Provide Engineering support for RNC Integration Project with high level of the ex_nokia RNC and NodeB Skill set. Remote Integration, System verification & acceptance and troubleshooting for 3G ex-Nokia RNC. Develop and maintain 3G RNC and NodeB project competence, process, and documents for network deployment. Provide Project technical support for troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalations from project and overall responsible for the 3G RNC Integration and acceptance. Participate in Issue investigation FOA, SW/ CD deployment, Software and new feature verification, MOP generation as well as test case creation- execution. Provide support to customers for operations and maintenance of RAN Network elements including competence transfer to customers’ operations teams for local and remote operations and maintenance tasks.
