Job Description: RF engineers needed for LTE design projects in Plano Skill set - Candidates must have tuning experience in UMTS/HDSPA design and/or LTE design. - Minimum 10 years of RF tuning experience, 5+ in UMTS/LTE. - Significant Actix and/or TEMS tool experience required - Good communication skills in English - Good troubleshooting skills (assessability, retainability, throughput, etc) - Candidate must have understanding of LTE fundamentals- Layer 3 analysis, KPI’s, etc. - Understand plumbing diagrams (diplexers, duplexers) - Candidate must be willing to travel within the US, lead a team, and work without supervision if necessary. - Able to identify and interpret customer requirements and develop plans to address them.
