for Database Planner & OSS KPI Performance Reporting Engineer

Connect44 Malaysia is looking for Database Planner & OSS KPI Performance Reporting Engineer services to support 2G Re-homing project in Klang Valley Malaysia.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PERSONNEL
• Able to use Caddie toll or other equivalent tools

• Good understanding of Siemens 2G RAN Network (with BR9 experience is an advantage)

• Able to effectively use MS Excel for stats data processing to generate graphs, custom KPI formula

• Skill in using Plan editor, Excel, Ms Access and CM Operation Manager

• Skill in programming will be advantage

• Able to execute xml script using CM Operation Manager and perform Consistency check once completed

• Performs day-to-day activates to meet NWP project objectives

• Typically 2-3 years relevant experience in 2G-2.5G-3G Network Planning & Optimization projects.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate the database concerning for all rehoming sites and ensure all the parameters implemented according to plan e.g. as per CDD provided from customer

- Editing and generation of the new database or delta scripts with CADDIE, or other tools and performing the necessary qualitiy checks.

- Retrieving the required database paramater from other related organization unit as well as consulting them by defining the paramaters

- Delivery and documentation of the new database and followes the standard format as agreed between NSN and customer

- Provide technical consultancy related to 2G Radio Database Planning and work closely with RF planner and project manager.

- Perform database consistency after rehoming activity and perform the correction immediate in the network to ensure no performance degraded.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PERSONNEL
• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Electrical or Telecommunications or related field.
