Key Account Managers required - German speaking positions
Our client a large telecommunications company in Germany are currently recruiting for a Key Account Managers to join their team.
The position requires senior level sales experience with large carrier accounts.
You exciting and varied position will include:
- Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with key service customer accounts. Collect and analyze all marketing information
- Enhance customer relationships
- Manage and coordinate all activities between client and the customer. Promote the full range of solutions to defined customers.
- Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations. Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with Product.
- Management and Engineering to ensure the smooth implementation of requirements with the product solutions
- Create and present customer proposals and quotations.
- Create co-operative business plans with customers and their partners and help to define new business models and support product features.
- Create Sales Account plans which will identify, quantify, and recommend Sales action plans to address new business opportunities consistent with overall company strategy
Requirements
- Have a good working knowledge of at least one or more of the following products & solutions: Wireless solutions including CDMA, UMTS; Broadband Network & IPTN network including NGN, ATM/IP, DSLAM, & DATA; Optical Network including SDH, WDM; intelligent network including SCP, SMP, SDP.
- Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing).
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or additional equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 2/3 years direct telecommunications and carrier network sales / account management experience with a proven track record with an international telecoms equipment company.
