Job description:
(1)Parameter audit
Audit of the parameters using Huawei tools
Correction of consistency check result
Refarming change under the Client’s requirement
(2) Cluster optimization
Planning and follow-up of cluster optimization activities 
Routes definition and WS preparation 
Optimization, monitoring and acceptance for the cluster (assistant by TS) 
Worst Cell list 
Costumer complain troubleshooting received from Regional manager (assistant by TS) 
Parameter tuning and recommendations (assistant by TS) 
Parameters change update in the Client’s tool 
Reporting to Regional Manager 
(3) Attend the routine meeting with the Client when necessary, and translate French to Chinese for better understanding when required
