Job Description: Able to make recommendations in parameter changes, feature activations on drive test data to improve the system performance. Minimum of 6 years of experience in tuning projects from which 3 years should be in UMTS tuning. Good understanding of optimization tools such as TEMS, Actix, Agilent Experience in tuning a loaded network, and understand the difference between artificial and real traffic loading Good understanding of Layer 3 messaging Able to collect and analyze drive data and performance statistics Knowledge on how IRAT procedures can affects the overall performance Ericsson experience preferred. Past leadership experience in atleast 2 projects. Note candidate will need one week training at the ARP vendor expense. Candidate should be flexible to travel.
