IBS Project Manager (UAE) Permanent

I am Sujit Nair working for First Point Group (dubai). I currently have a position for IBS Project Manager (UAE). I am adding in brief the details about the job and the job holder.


The Project Manager will head the network integrations ( IBS SubService) in the UAE.
Will be totally responsible for all IBS projects. ( Field Operations, Network Operations and Back Office.)
Ensure the budgeting and profitability is consistently maintained
Staffing of the IBS team
Ensure that the sales targets are met consistently


Candidate Requirements:

Atleast University degree or above (msc) Engineering
8 yrs telecom experience and atleast 3-5 yrs in a senior management position
2 yrs IBS project manager experience either with operator or vendor
Fluent English. Arabic and Chinese can be an advantage
Good understanding of business solutions
Good understanding of the business market
Flexible and responsive to change in business patterns
Excellent communication and presentation skills to be able to communicate at the executive level.
