Drive Test Engineers - Expressions of Interest Australia
KOI Group is currently providing managed services for our clients in RF drive testing and optimisation for 3G RAN upgrade projects. We have been providing teams for the past 2 year and are now seeking qualified optimisation drive test engineers for a major new network upgrade planned to start in March 2011. This project is forecast to last for 24 to 72 months and will involve both single site and cluster drive testing on GSM and UMTS Technology. Other technologies include LTE.
Note: these roles are available in all States
If you are interested in applying for these roles outside Australia then you will have:
* A willingness to relocate to Australia for a minimum of a 12 month visa sponsored stay
* A willingness to travel to remote sites
* A minimum of 2 years experience in Field drive testing for GSM / CDMA / WCDMA network optimisation
* Access optimisation experience to minimise congestion, dropped call rates
* Experience in Evaluation and integration and acceptance of new infrastructure
* Experience in Site surveys and organisation of network coverage surveys
* Experience in Complex fault identification and rectification
* Detailed reports writing ability
* Experience with various network management tools Probe, TEMS, MAPinfo, Nemo etc.
* Able to analyse network performance including coverage, handover, interference as well as other network problems
* Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
* A valid passport for travel
