Urgent opening for NPI (Network Performance Improvement) Expert:

Currently we have urgent opening for NPI Engineer (E2E) for Delhi/Rajasthan.

Please find the JD below:

• Advanced understanding of RF propagation principles, cellular theory, RF engineering tools, antenna theory and Performance KPI’s related to, Radio, Access Network (MW & Optical) and Core Network.
• At least 3 years of hands on experience at optimizing UMTS network and performance improvement & at least 3 Years in GSM technology
• Strong problem solving / troubleshooting skills with thorough understanding of counters, UTRAN/BSS parameters and features
• Comprehensive knowledge of UMTS platform as well as knowledge of product
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Advanced computer skills
• Expert level MapInfo skills
• Must be self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and multitask
• Must be able to prioritize work schedule and workload
