Position Name: RF UMTS NPI (Network Performance Improvement) Engineers (Multiple
Positions)
Start Date: July 2010
Duration: Long Term
Type: Contract
Location: NE, SE, and West Coast (HQ: Plano, TX)
Travel: Candidates have to be flexible to travel if needed.

Scope of Work:

Locations: NE, SE, WEST (Candidates should be flexible to travel).

• Past Leadership experience in at least 2 projects.
• RF Engineers should have extensive years experience in NPI projects, from which 2 years should be in UMTS NPI.
• Experience optimizing network using statistics
• Experience with the different RAB services (CS, PS, HSDPA, EUL).
• Experience with the OSS (WRNO, RAN Explorer, Element manager etc.) and knows how to operate them.
• Experience with live data KPIs and tools. Business objects experience is preferred.
• Familiar with the RAN features in UMTS (P6 preferred).
