Fusion Solutions Inc. is a leading Technical Staffing and Consulting Service company looking for experienced Customer Support System Engineers with the following requirements.

Title: Customer Support System Engineer
Location: Plano, TX
Start Date: September 2010
Duration: Long Term
Type: Contract / Contract To Hire

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree and/or Masters Degree in Engineering or Technology Discipline PLUS 5 years of system engineering experience in the telecom industry

Experience to include:

• Integration, testing, administration and troubleshooting of telecommunications hardware and software systems
• Excellent customer communication and interaction skills
• Unix experience with expert level scripting and configuration experience
• Experience working with UMTS, LTE, UTRAN, WCDMA Networks (2.5g, 3g, 4g)
• Troubleshooting and data analysis skills
• Telecom networks, protocols and architectures
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Clear oral and written communications skills

- Willingness to travel for customer demos, onsite projects. 50% travel required
