Daily performance trending CDMA and EVDO

CDMA and/or EVDO drive data collection, post process, analysis and optimization, specifically CDMA and EVDO inter-frequency handoffs optimization, DBOT optimization.

Execute cell site modification, this may involve driving on the weekends

Perform CW drive testing

In-building RF survey

Customer trouble ticket troubleshooting

Special projects (for example PTT testings, Ubicell testings, . etc)

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent work experience required
Strong knowledge of CDMA and EVDO a must. At least 5 years of experience. Experience with CDMA/EVDO data collection (DataPro preferred) and post processing (Xceed Windcatcher).
Familiar with Lucent equipment.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the cellular or telecommunications industry
Expertise in Operating systems and applications including: Windows, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Delorme Street Atlas and other cellular system mobile diagnostic monitoring software (MDM), CDMA and EVDO post processing tool (Wind Catcher experience is preferred)
Ability to demonstrate advanced troubleshooting skills
Ability to demonstrate proven problem solving abilities
Ability to demonstrate strong analytic, organization skills, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to demonstrate flexibility by embracing change; adapting communication style to setting; investigating and implementing alternate approaches to resolve difficult problems
Ability to work flexible hours and support night or weekend work as needed
Overnight travel may be required
Drivers license is required with a good driving record
