My client is currently looking for a Senior Engineer NSS 2G & 3G. You will have strong expertise with NSS Performance Audits including a review of C7 signalling usage and congestions, review of 2MB trunk group. Core Network evaluation (Performance Audit) will be in both Circuit Switches and Packet Switches, counters, traces and dump files will be requested in the measured nodes; for both IP based links and normal E1 links or HSL links.
You will prepare a detailed report including analysis and recommendations, verification of quality parameters and network optimization if needed, technical reports preparation for traffic analysis. You will also be responsible for end to end Core Network optimization, network performance monitoring, KPI and NQPI.

 

RNC Engineers wanted asap!!

I'm looking for experienced telecommunications engineers to start for a variety of RNC Support roles across the USA for an immediate start.

You will be knowledgable of RNC architecture and functionality, with experience of commissioning and integration between Core and B-End elements.

The role will involve working with Nokia RNC's (3G) so ideally you will have worked with NSN equipment or at least had some professional training. However some flexibility is available for engineers with other vendor equipment experience as long as they have a good professional history and 3 years+ working in an operating centre environment.

Some on the job training can be provided so this is an excellent opportunity to get further experience in NSN 3G RNC's.

In this position you will be responsible for creating new business opportunities and increase business with existing accounts in the German telecommunications market.

Key Responsibilities:

In this challenging position, your responsibilities include:

• Seek, create, identify, develop and close business opportunities.
• Identify customer key requirements and co-ordinate with product divisions.
• Create account plans by identifying, qualifying and quantifying opportunities in existing accounts.
• Build, create and maintain reliable customer relationships.
• Manage and co-ordinate all activities between Huawei and the customer.
• Promote the full range of Huawei Technology solutions.
• Lead the Huawei project team (product, service and commercial experts) in a target oriented way.
• Create and deliver customer presentations and proposals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or higher in telecommunications, commerce, trade or relevant experience.
• 3 – 5 years experience in solution oriented direct touch sales in German Telecom market.
• Sound experience in German Telecom Market and related accounts.
• Solid technical background of both mobile system and fix-line business and their operational requirements.
• Solution oriented person with a strong target orientation and self-motivation
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Proven capability to work in a cross functional and cross cultural team.
• German language and both verbal and written communication skills in English preferred.
• Willingness to travel in Germany and abroad.
