Urgently Required Service Engineer – BSS in India
1. Position: Service Engineer – BSS
Location: Gurgaon, India
Domain: Business Support System (Mediation, Billing, Roaming Settlement, Revenue Assurance)
Job Desc:
•Responsible for revenue assurance control points and KPIs mainly in Roaming and mediation Systems.
•Identification of revenue leakages and Root cause analysis mainly in Roaming and mediation Systems.
•Reconciliation for control validations between various nodes in GSM network.
•Revenue Assurance processes engineering for Roaming and mediation
•Liaise with other internal and external teams for gathering inputs and/or dependencies for revenue reconciliation
•Expertise in Roaming (OBRM) and Revenue Reconciliation Activities.
•Familiar with Roaming TAP formats and its contents.
•Familiar with IREG/ TADIG Testing.
•Hands-on experience on SUBEX revenue assurance tool.
•Should have good understanding of Roaming Data Flow for Voice, SMS, Data and VAS.
•Expertise on Oracle Databases, SQL, Access, Excel
•Experience of Roaming Clearing House will be preferred.
•Knowledge of UNIX
•Knowledge of GSM network.
•Should have understanding of end-to-end view of a telecom network and should be capable of being the solution owner.
•Must possess good communication and presentation skills
•Must be a good team worker with excellent inter personal skills
•A working experience of 4+ years in BSS domain

•Revenue Assurance processes engineering for Interconnect Charging System and mediation.
•Liaise with other internal and external teams for gathering inputs and/or dependencies for revenue reconciliation
•Expertise in Configuration and implementation of Mediation, Interconnect Charging System (INTEC), and Revenue Reconciliation.
•Expertise of Oracle Databases, SQL, Access, Excel
•Hands-on experience on SUBEX revenue assurance tool.
•Knowledge of UNIX
•Knowledge of GSM network.
•Should have understanding of end-to-end view of a telecom network and should be capable of being the solution owner.
•Must possess good communication and presentation skills
