I am urgently looking for a RAN Sharing Expert for a large project for two operators in SE Asia that have agreed to share their radio networks. 



Technical requirements: 

In terms of RAN sharing : 

The BTS, node B , transmission and RNC are mutualised . 

The candidate will be able to define the E2E network architecture in term of radio access, equipment architecture, software settings, transmission and parameterings. 

The candidate will have proven and experience on: 

- Radio Budget Link and propagation model 

- RAN HW, SW, RNC Parameterings 

- Radio RAN sharing integration 

- Strong knowledge of IP routings to set and route the traffic to the accurate CORE networks 

- Commissioning and integration to the RNC 

- Strong OSS tool knowledge 

- Allocation of traffic from the RNC to the dedicated CORE 





Start : As soon as possible 

Term: up to 12 weeks extendable
