Job description
In depth Technical advice and support problem solving to Field Optimization team
• Develop and Perform Test Analysis for 2G/3G GSM KPI Improvement.
• Study new features and make trial to find new opportunities to improve KPI in conjunction/cooperation with Radio Network Engineering
• High level Traffic Analysis and Capacity Management for 3G GSM Radio/Core Architecture Network such as Capacity trending, forecasting and trigger of upgrades
• Reviewing existing process on a broad basis and making recommendations for change / transformation and ensuring that The operator employs industry best practice.
• Present an analysis of current problem, Organization, resources and process with recommendation for improvement to management.
• Structured and methodical in their approach to problem solving.
• Summarize and present the activity report to project the current problems situation in period to the relevant parties.
• Transfer knowledge and knowhow to Engineering specialist in team to adopt of industry best practice
Candidate requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer
Science or Related Fields
• At least 8 years experience in 2G/3G Mobile Network.
• Experience working with Alcatel GSM BSS, and Huawei GSM BSS & UMTS
UTRAN.
• Strong understanding of GSM / UMTS networks Optimization (tools / processes /features and parameters) with in the region of 3-6 years experience across BSS,UTRAN and Core Network performance Optimization
• Process and procedural knowledge of Network Optimization
• Ability to operate sensitively with Cultural diversity
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English or Thai
• Good PC skill with basic PC software package and technical special tools
