Job Responsibilities: GSM/WCDMA/HSPA Radio Network design & planning, including nominal planning, surveys, traffic and capacity dimensioning, parameters and configuration for all network elements. GSM/WCDMA/HSPA Radio Network tuning & optimization, including statistical handling an analysis, radio recording functions handling, parameter adjustment, features optimization, capacity analysis, performance analysis, troubleshooting Drive test measurement analysis Used to work with Planning & Tuning tools: TEMS Cell Planner, TEMS investigation Used to work with GIS tools (Mapinfo, NetAct etc) Good experience on frequency planning tools & techniques. Should also be able to design, tune and optimize wireless networks using Planet, Wizard, Agilent, Invex, and Windcatcher. Must be capable of handling & maintening KPI's, QOS, Capacity Planning & Frequency planning. Strong in every aspect neighbor optimization/ parameter optimization. Audits radio network elements Manage and develop technology consulting services for all customers Manage and develop technology consulting services for all customers Identify and develop new business opportunities End2end experience is a valuable asset Lead the interaction and coordination with customer with regards to Radio Frequency (RF) Operations / planning, and Site Development.    Qualifications: Good understanding of GSM & WCDMA Radio Network principles Technical University degree (BSc, MSc or similar) Minimum 5 - 6 years experience on Mobile Radio Access NW area Personal Skills & Qualities: Fluent, oral and written, in the English language Team work oriented, good communication skills Medium understanding of RAN service portfolio. Capacity to take initiatives and make decisions Presentation and consulting skills are valuable Customer oriented Self motivated with the drive to solve problems and expand knowledge. Experience of project management would be an added advantage
