Seasoned UMTS Optimization Engineer

The scope for this position is listed below:
The candidate must be able to make recommendations in parameter changes, feature activations on drive test data to improve the system performance.
Must have minimum of 6 years of experience in tuning projects from which 3 years should be in UMTS tuning.
Must have good understanding of optimization tools such as TEMS, Actix, Agilent
Must be experienced in tuning a loaded network, and understand the difference between artificial and real traffic loading
Must have a good understanding of Layer 3 messaging
Must be able to collect and analyze drive data and performance statistics
Must have a good knowledge on how IRAT procedures can affects the overall performance
