Requirements:
At least 2-3 years Muti-vender product maintenance experience
Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English. English can be as working language
Job purpose
Achieve SLA/KPI goals of Accessibility, Retainability, Service Quality, Utilization
Ensure that there is adequate capacity in the network at all times and balancing this with network utilization targets
Always ensure that there is a long term view on lifecycle management
