Looking for Data Optimization
Our Client is currently looking for Data Optimization lead having good
experience in Nokia equipments.

Responsible for the performance improvement of Data network
(CDMA1X/EVDO/GPRS/EDGE) Key Performance Indicators Monitoring and
improvement Cluster Optimization Troubleshooting worst performing
sites Proficient on detailed layer 3 analysis (Layer 3 messages)
Proficient on antenna configuration optimization

Responsible for Data Bench-marking analysis- The candidate will be
responsible for getting the CDMA 1X/ EVDO/ GPRS/EDGE network
performance through benchmarking by supporting teams and analysis of
the drive test for performance improvement. Developing of SINR/DRC/C/I
and related plots and presenting to the customer.. The candidate need
to participate in investigating the CDMA 1X/ EVDO/GPRS/EDGE network
issues of the network and customer meetings for any Data performance
related engineering issues.

Location-India
Its a permanent position.

Qualification/Requirements:

Engineer with experience in CDMA /EVDO/GSM network performance and
detailed knowledge of CDMA / GSM wireless concepts. Should have
excellent understanding of data networks of CDMA / EVDO/ GSM
technology, with a solid background in CDMA1X / EVDO design, network
performance analysis and RF optimization. The person should be
familiar with Air Interface messaging between Access Terminal and
Access Node interface protocols as per the standards Should be well
versed with different drive test and post processing tools. Excellent
communication, documentation skills, organization, troubleshooting and
teamwork skills. Strong decision making skills that will make
appropriate use of available information and data. Make independent
sound decisions and possess the ability to take responsibility for
specific projects or definable portions of larger projects or
processes.

Leadership skills: commitment to excellence, accepting responsibility
for results, and making quality decisions. Flexible to attempt
alternate solutions to resolve issues and adjust to a dynamic,
changing technical environment.
Must have travel capability when needed.
