Main skills must be:
3G network design
NetAct planning tool
Flexi Node B equipment
Must be able to perform:
• Efficient utilization of design and measurement tools, including internal and external troubleshooting tools
• Network Dimensioning for sales
• Network design
• Field Measurements and laboratory tests
• Network and/or service optimization
