Connect44 is looking for an experienced consultant for our client.
The successful candidate will be responsible for Definition of the customized optimization process Staffing plan Ensures interface with customer's management, engineering leader and project managers for RF optimization Follows the budget of the RF optimization phase in agreement with the engineering leader Reports to engineering leader and Programme Management and participates in central meetings.
Important technical background in 3G optimization for projects of more hundreds nodeB .Responsibility as RF leader as described including management of a team in charge of optimization and relationships with the customers. The person should preferably speak the Russian language in order to communicate with the customer who has difficulties to speak English. The person should be mobile and available ASAP.
