Responsibilities:



Nationality Preference: Saudi, Jordanian, Syrian, Lebanese, Turkish, American, European, Pakistani, Egyptian.

Must have experience in regional and nationwide system build-outs and deployments of wireless networks

Must be technically sound on GSM, GPRS, EDGE, UMTS, WCDMA, HSPA, HSPA+ ,HSDPA, HSUPA, 2G, 2, 5G, 3G Network Planning And Optimization, Drive Test, Swap, RF Planning and Optimization, Cell-planning, Optimization

Vendor Experience: ERICSSON, HUAWEI, MOTOROLA, NOKIA

Can perform 3G RF design activities such as Pilot and Service Planning (RT and NRT),

Coverage Planning, Link budget, Scrambling Code Planning, Frequency Planning, and Neighbor list definitions

HSDPA throughput Analysis

Detailed Network Simulation & Performance using Monte Carlo approach for analysis of Pilot

Power Coverage, RSCP, Ec/No, Coverage Balance, Pilot SIR, Pilot Pollution, and Uplink & Downlink Probability in loading and unloading cases, User data rates for HSDPA and other important simulation results

Optimize the UMTS design based on results from Monte Carlo approach such as Coverage RSCP improvement, Pilot Power adjustment, reducing Pilot Pollution, improving Ec/No, RSSI, TX power adjustment, data rates enhancement, optimized SHO and HHO problems

Scrambling Code Planning and optimizing the design as per scrambling code groups

Neighbor planning for 3G Sites, ensuring efficient plan of 3G-3G, 3G-2G, 2G-3G adjacency definitions

UMTS 3 carrier’s deployment, configuration/design/evaluation/optimization

HSXPA maximum throughput evaluations & investigations for different UEs categories;
Evaluate & Investigate the Voice Quality (MOS) over the 3G networks;

Deployment, Investigation, Optimization Recommendation & Troubleshooting in UMTS covering/service
