Technical Support Engineer
Start date: ASAP.
Duration: 3 months + possible prolongation.
Location: Iles de France.

Job description:
• Participate in the integration and validation phases of Client's Wireless solutions (Wimax, Femtocell, 3G RAN).
Support Wimax BTS integration into a production network:
• Guide the customer according to procedure agreed, answer questions
• Interface with Client's support to open tickets and resolve issues
Participate in the integration & validation of a Femtocell Pilot:
• Iu & IP integration into customer network
• Support on test platform
• Participate in product testing
• Validation of access points deployment procedures (including provisioning) and other roll-out procedures.
• Interface with customer technical teams (participate in meetings …etc)
• Interface with Client's R&D teams
Participate in the integration & validation of a RAN Sharing Lab&Pilot:
• Multi-operators Iu integration
• Support on test and pilot platforms
• Participate in product testing
• Interface with customer technical teams (participate in meetings …etc)
• Interface with Client's R&D teams

Candidate requirements:
• 3G UTRAN strong knowledge (System)
• Experience in Integration/Validation
• End-to-end understanding of a 3G network.
• IP Networks knowledge
• Iu protocols knowledge (ATM and IP SIGTRAN)
• French language skill is a must.
• Huawei experience is a benefit.
