RF Planning Engineer

·                                
Lead team of drive test engineers to complete 3G competitive benchmarking.

·                                 Prepare detailed benchmarking report along with analysis and recommendations

·                                 Analysis of QoS of the network with detailed recommendations.

·                                 Participate in day to day activities of RF planning and Optimization, if required.

·                                 Lead team of Engineers to perform RF networks planning & optimization activities of the network.

·                                 Any other task assigned in line with the scope of work and expertise.

1. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

·                                 BE â€" Telecommunication with 8 to 10 Years of relevant experience
