Senior 3G Optimisation Consultant - Ghana

Looking for an engineer with the following:

Primary Area of Expertise = WRAN Tuning And Optimization
Secondary Area of Expertise = WRAN Design and 2G/EDGE Optimization

This is a senior level role. Resource should have a minimum of 4 years WRAN optimization experience and provide detailed Team Lead, Customer Interface functions and Managerial proficiency.

Resource will interract with customer at Senior Manager level and should have good technical and leadership experience.

Responsibilities also includes:
-Monitor & analyze the WCDMA/HSPA Radio Network Statistics on daily basis .Achieve & maintain the Radio Network Performance as per the contracted KPIs (Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility & Service Integrity) -Responsible for reducing congestion and drops, improving the IRAT Handover, Soft Handover, Location Update, Paging, CSSR, RRC Connection & RAB Establishment Success rate in the 3G RAN network for all Voice, Video Packet & High Speed, issuing capacity requests whenever needed -Responsible for the drive test analysis and taking the necessary action to improve the performance of his area.
-Evaluate and adapt new methods and technologies regarding Radio Network Optimization, Features, and Trials & Tuning.
