In this challenging position, your responsibilities include:
• Responsible for monitoring and managing contract fulfillment progress information, supporting information inquiry and abnormal problem handling, providing one-stop information service from PO to Cash
• Responsible for contract variation, claim management, contract close or termination management
• Responsible for regional office's billing plan management, including establishing and maintaining billing plans, collecting and matching delivery documents, ensuring the promptness and accuracy of supporting data in accounts receivable and revenue recognition
• You are also need to support EHS from purchasing aspect, which including but not limit to
- Coordinating resources in CSO department and allocate required resources for support company's effort in order to be in compliance with EHS requirement.
- As sole contact person of CSO department to timely collecting data and and key indicators,
- Monitoring the process and being responsible for passing information along to upstream or downstream processes
Continuously ensuring that the process is legally compliant/ state of the art.

The 3G RF Senior is responsible for providing pre-launch optimization services and RAN optimization services for Nokia Siemens Networks system customers in collaboration with project team. Key counterparts are Nokia Siemens Networks project team (network optimization management and colleagues, project management, technical
management) and customer organization (network performance team, O&M team). The main tasks of a 3G RF Senior Engineer includes, and is not restricted to, the following items: Dimensioning the RAN network (number of channel elements, Node-Bs, RNCs) according to the coverage capacity and quality requirements from the operator; Planning the Nod de-Bs in a WCDMA RF planning tool (like NetAct Planner) defining their related parameters: site coordinates, antenna type, antenna height, antenna tilt, antenna azimuth, CPICH power, cable loss, propagation model parameters; Validating the site configuration in the field during the technical site survey visit and preparing the Technical Site Survey report; RF Indoor planning knowledge; Traffic Modeling Knowledge; Propagation Model Tuning knowledge; Frequency Cleaning Knowledge; Setting the specific RF parameters for the site to be integrated: RNCid, WBTSid, LcrId, MCC, MNC, LAC, RAC, SAC, CId, UARFCN frequency, scrambling code planning, T cell, neighbours list planning; Site Capacity design and evaluation after integration; Execute Field DT, post-processing and analysis for optimization; Analysing site performance
