Work Description
=============
The RAN/BSS Operations Support Engineer will work in the Customer NOC in Istanbul performing following tasks:
- Advance troubleshooting of RNC/BSC and Node B problems.
- Support/execute network configuration changes and rehome activities using MML, XML commands and OSS tools.
- Plan/Support/Execute SW/HW upgrades in the Radio Network.
- Make routine maintenance checks, take follow up actions and document findings.
- Provide competence transfer (OJT) to Customer RAN/BSS engineers.
- Support/execute of fault management functions using OSS tools etc.

ADDITIONAL information:



Thecandidate must have:

1.Competence on 2G Flexi BSC and BTS, shall have troubleshooting experience.

2. Competence on 3G Flexi RNC and Node B, shall have experience on Iu-CS and Iu-PS (RNC-MGW and RNC-SGSN) advanced troubleshooting

The KPI / SLA Engineer will work in the Customer NOC in Istanbul performing following tasks:

· Ensures Network Performance/Service data availability

· Network/Service KPIs/SLAs periodic reporting

· Sets and/or Implement KPIs/SLAs definition/threshold/formulae for reporting purposes

· Sets up data collection schedules & post processing

· Sets up Report Templates for Management, Planning & Acceptance

· Network KPIs/SLAs report production and analysis for Management & Engineering

· Proactive maintenance (trend analysis)

· Ensuring the availability of network performance data

· Escalates and follows up according to procedure

.ADDITIONAL information:

The candidate must have:

1. Excel and macro creation competence

3. Database SQL queries / report creation

3. NetAct / Maximo TT knowledge

The NOC Engineer/Technician will work in the Customer NOC in Istanbul performing following tasks:

· Working in 24x7 shift plan

· Alarm Monitoring, Fault Localization/Correction/Verification

· Basic Troubleshooting

· Supports Major service outage investigations and follow up

· Opening and following TT (Maximo Trouble Ticketing system)

· Updates or Ensures TT e.g. diary entries

· Escalates and follows up according to procedure

· Assists with Investigation into TT & WO performance matters

· Work Order Control (possible execution too) outside normal working hours

.ADDITIONAL information:

The candidate must have:

1. Competence on BSC3i and Flexi BTS / 3G RNC and Flexi Node B

3. Access Network understanding (MW NEC / NSN)
