2g /3g Senior Optimization Engineers

LCC Spain and Portugal is trying to fulfill a few openings of 2g /3g Senior Optimization Engineers to work in their headquaters located in Madrid and Lisbon. 
Candidates MUST HAVE EUROPEAN WORKPERMIT IN FORCE (MANDATORY) 

Location: Spain and Portugal 

Duration: 4-5 months extendable contract positions. 

Requirement: 

• Telecommunications Engineering Degree 
• Extensive knowledge of GSM and UMTS technologies from different manufacturers. 
• Over 5 years (or +) experience in 2G/3G optimization (analysis, development of recommendations, improvement plans and monitoring of results) 
• Experience in analysis of features and parameters. 
• Experience in statistical analysis and KPIs. 
• Experience in managing databases, including Business Object. 
• Experience in managing work groups and projects 
• Candidates must have a clear view of the problems of optimization of a mobile telephone network, the ability to propose solutions to specific problems and making decisions. 

Tasks: 

• Optimization of 2G and 3G technologies and the management of major projects: KPIs monitoring, detection of network degradation, management of corrective actions (Prioritization of incidents, improvement plans at the BSC / RNC), to provide recommendations radio tuning 
• Establishment and development of the main "guidances" nationwide and equipment suppliers: Parameterization of new features, definition of indicators, new features for overall improvement of KPIs, optimization action plans, monitor the deployment of the new " releases "and functionality during the project Renewal RAN, Radio global support for the project.
