OSS Support Engineer for Europe

Vacancy: OSS Support Engineer for Europe

Start date: Mid August
Duration: 6 months

Requirements:

• Master of Science or Engineering degree.
• Relevant experience within support engineering
• Good knowledge of Unix is essential (System Administrators level)
• Knowledge of HP-UX including Service guard, Windows infrastructure (AD, DHCP etc.) SAN/Backup and TeMIP/HP Service Desk is desirable
• Experience with system design/documentation

Responsibilities will be:

• Support the OSS operator tooling environment setup.
• Support/work together with the project delivery team to push the operation aspect of OSS tooling environment.
• Maintain and support the functional OSS environment of the operator,
• Assist and support the entire Project Organization on OSS system tasks and/or issues,
• Assist in planning and implementing future tooling for the operator.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO DO NOT NEED A WORK PERMIT TO WORK IN THE EU FOR THIS ROLE.
