Fusion Solutions Inc. is a leading Technical Staffing and Consulting Service company looking for experienced System Integration Technical Writer with IPTV with the following requirements.

Scope of Work:

Optimally, they have worked around video, TV, etc, but it is not required. What is required is a comfort level with UNIX machines and servers, not a coding expert. Also, they must work well shadowing Engineers.

• Organize material and complete writing assignment according to set Ericsson standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
• Edit, standardize, or make changes to material prepared by other writers (Subject matter experts). Confer with designers and testers, to establish technical specifications and to determine subject material to be developed for publication.
• Review published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, and content.
• Select photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to illustrate material.
• Study drawings, specifications, and descriptions to integrate and create, operating procedures, installation instructions, and method of procedures.

Project Details: (Tech Writers will work around the following Engineers / Environment)

• Good knowledge of UNIX (Solaris, Linux) and Windows server environment.
• Good knowledge of IP networking and Internet technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, Radius).
• Good knowledge of network management and provisioning (XML, SNMP, LDAP, SOAP).
• Good knowledge of wireless technologies (call flow) and related protocols required.
• Experience working with IPTV type solutions is a requirement of the position.
• Solid working knowledge of Databases such as MySQL, MSSQL and Oracle.
• Desired Knowledge of Tandberg products (Watchpoint CMS, AMS, Xport) is highly desired
