I am urgently looking for a number of RF engineers with Ericsson's UMTS experience (minimum 2-3 years) that can work in the Dominican Republic starting ASAP. The consultants need to have the following:

Requirements:
• Implementation of parameters changes and resources increases HS and EUl with TXHS-06 & TXHS-03 cards (sector code adjust)
• Implementation and high knowledge on adjustment of Channel switching
• High experienced and knowledge of throughput increase at cell radio interface (potency, codes, direct retray air interface, lub) Adjustment and configuration
• Adjustment and implementation of Direct Retry
• Handle of W-NCS and W-MRR tools
• Moshell tooll expert
• Skills for export radio parameters configurations and for Node B configurations (licenses, hardware)
• Handle of TEMS CELL planner for simulation studies for network radio design
• Highly experienced to analyzes drive test routes with TEMS
