Senior 3G RF planning engineer
Responsibilities
Network deployment,planning and designing
• Network design based on the requirements for both coverage and capacity/performance
• Total cycle of service (from siting for BTS to preparing data for BTS integration)
• Overall responsibility for network extension operations: from site acquisition to launching a BTS;
• Statistical data and basic/key quality factors analysis;
• determine the best possible configuration and parameters of 3G sites in close cooperation with MNO;
Requested competence:
• High technical education
• Working experience in Telecommunication from 5 years, experience of WCDMA network designing, planning and optimization from 3 years.
Russian Federation
Knowledge of Russian language is a must!
