We are actively looking for IP network planning experts for our new 4G telecom initiative. 

The position is at Rancore Technologies (New Delhi and Mumbai). The job profile is regarding the roll out 4G Radio access technologies over an all IP network. (4G RAN and the 3GPP IMS core). 

As part of this opportunity, the following deliverables are expected: 

-- In-depth knowledge on IP networks and current best practices. 
-- Knowlege on IP planning tools and techniques. 
-- Experience in planning an IP network from the perspective of delivering triple play services over the air interface. 
-- Planning of a 4G Content Delivery Network (overlay) for IPTV based services. 
-- IP network planning keeping in mind high speed LTE and Mobile WiMAX access networks. (where the GBR per user is very high) 
-- Network dimensioning for millions of users which will be churned in across the next 5 years. 
-- Excellent written and oral communication skills. 
-- Excellent documentation skills.
