Looking for RF Engineers (UMTS) for 6 month contract in Plano, TX

The Ash Group is looking for RF Engineers that should have extensive years experience in NPI projects, from which 2 years should be in UMTS NPI. Must have the following: 
• Experience with the different RAB services (CS, PS, HSDPA, EUL) and optimizing the network using statistics. 
• Experience with the OSS (WRNO, RAN Explorer, Element manager etc.) and knows how to operate them. 
• Experience with live data KPIs and tools. Business objects experience is preferred. 
• Familiar with the RAN features in UMTS (P6 preferred) 
• Past Leadership experience in at least 2 projects. 
• Must be flexible to travel if needed. 
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree 
• Must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident
