Description
Job qualifications: - Minimum 4 years experience with Nokia 2G/3G theory and network architecture in the GSM BSS network planning & optimization. - Candidates must have good GSM RF Planning and Optimization, link budgets, capacity planning. Job Description:
-Prepare survey instructions to enable field staff to determine the viability of network designs produced by the customer.
-RF network planning using cell planning tools and prepare cell planning tool.
-Familiar with ACTIX and Nokia NetAct applications.
-Provide technical support on networks designed and deployed equipment.
-Skills for Fault Management and Configuration Management.
-Plan network solution to meet customer requirement.
-A good team player, with strong analytical reasoning and problem solving skills, self-motivated, independent, aggressive and good communication skills.
-Ensuring productive customer relationships and experience with our clients products.
