RF Optimisation & Design Engineers - Canada & USA

RF Engineers should have minimum 6 years experience in NPI projects, from which 3 years should be in UMTS NPI.

Backgrounds using Ericsson equipment and tools preferred.

Experience required with the different RAB services (CS, PS, HSDPA, EUL); optimizing network using statistics and the OSS (WRNO, RAN Explorer, Element manager etc.); with live data KPIs and tools; Business objects experience is preferred; Familiar with the RAN features in UMTS (P6 preferred).

Candidates with have past Leadership experience of at least 2 projects and be flexible to travel if needed.

Duration: 3 months + extenable

Scope
Management of the Service Delivery Business consisting of Programme Management Office, Contract Support and Resource Management.
Define and implement service delivery strategy.
Enabling, supporting and optimizing service delivery across multiple Business Units.
Reduce service delivery costs by driving efficiencies into the process.
Defining KPI’s in line with business requirements.
Provide SWAT support to key markets
Target setting and performance management.
Competence development and knowledge management.
