MSC/MGW Maintenance Engineer - Core

Job Skills
a) Have at least 2 years experience as Core Engineer as and more than 1 year experience for maintenance
b) Familiar with Huawei MSS/MGW equipments; know hardware structure and installation, basic knowledge for configuration.
c) Have experience in maintenance to handle the routine work related to Core products.
d) Have experience in recovering the service and product from emergency situation under Back Office engineer instruction.
e) Be good in team working spirit; able to work independently.
f) Be fluent in English speaking and writing.
g) Pass interview held by Huawei.
h) Routine visual check for all MSC/MGW, power equipment and all supporting environmental equipments in MSC/MGW room;
i) Response and troubleshoot for anytime alarms appear on equipment display and/or sent by EMS. Escalate to respective vendors if problem not solved.
j) Reporting all conditions based on routine maintenance periodically.
k) Supervision new installation in MSC/MGW (such as installation, cutting raised floor, etc) to take care MSC / MGW room and prevent something wrong happen.
