Skills requiered: Radio Network Design. Radio Network Dimensioning. Radio Network Capacity Planning. Technical Site Survey Evaluation. Nominal planning and New sites planning. Radio Propagation Model understanding. Radio Network Parameters planning - BTS, BSC level. Site database creation - datafills etc. Initial tuning and Radio Acceptance. Understanding of RF Planning tools like Netact planner, MapInfo, Actix etc. Understanding of Nokia Planning processes is a Plus!
