The position requires senior level sales experience with large carrier accounts. 

You exciting and varied position will include: 
- Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with key service customer accounts. Collect and analyze all marketing information 
- Enhance customer relationships 
- Manage and coordinate all activities between client and the customer. Promote the full range of solutions to defined customers. 
- Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations. Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with Product. 
- Management and Engineering to ensure the smooth implementation of requirements with the product solutions 
- Create and present customer proposals and quotations.

Requirements 
- Have a good working knowledge of at least one or more of the following products & solutions: Wireless solutions including CDMA, UMTS; Broadband Network & IPTN network including NGN, ATM/IP, DSLAM, & DATA; Optical Network including SDH, WDM; intelligent network including SCP, SMP, SDP. 
- Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing). 
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or additional equivalent experience required. 
- Minimum 2/3 years direct telecommunications and carrier network sales / account management experience with a proven track record with an international telecoms equipment company.

Performance Engineer

Scope of Work
Responsible to monitor the performance and network quality for the NGBB network.
Ensure the job tasks are carried out in accordance to the SLA (Service Level Agreement) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator).
Responsible for configuration of performance data and Key performance indicator (KPI) into the Element monitoring system (EMS) for scheduled data collection.
Responsible for scheduled collection of network and service performance data.
Carry out analysis on the performance data and provide statistical report for monitoring. (One report every fortnight)
Monitor and identify if any performance data which are in a downward trend or close to low threshold.
And Perform investigation on the root cause of network degradation and initiate corrective action which include network capacity update (means patches, not including new software features/function), troubleshooting, preventive maintenance etc, and provide report for root cause analysis.
Performance reports management.
Working Hours - 9am – 6pm (Monday to Friday)
Working in Klang Valley
All the above scopes are only applicable for Huawei network elements

Network Element Involved

Technical qualifications & experience
Degree in Electrical Engineering / Telecommunication / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent
At least 2 years of relevant experience in Telco/ ICT industry, preferably performance engineer currently holding similar position 
Experienced in Telco/ ICT network performance management tools and best practices (specifically optical network).
Experience in using Huawei MOS5200 system. 
Experience in the following Huawei equipment is a plus - RM9000, U2000, S2300, S5300 and S9300, CX600, NE40E, MA5612, MA8245, SmartAX MA5600T and Firewall / SIG - Eudemon 8160E.
Managed Services experience is a strong plus

Knowledge, skills and experience required
Strong knowledge of RF planning and optimization. More than 4 years Radio Network Planning and Optimization experience on 3G and more than 8 years overall
Familiar with Radio network planning and optimization tools (Huawei Tools beneficial)
Strong experiences in Radio propagation, trouble shooting, Stats analysis and drive test analysis on 3G
Understand 2G/3G Intersystem mobility principals.
Can edit professional radio network planning, optimization and performance evaluation reports
